The BMW Leather Color is the optimal solution for concealing abrasions, fading, and minor scratches on leather or synthetic leather. Generally, the leather should be thoroughly degreased with the Leather Degreaser before a color refresh/leather coloring. For scratches, abrasions, and slight fading, the original color of the leather is refreshed with our BMW Leather Color. After coloring the leather with the Leather Color, we recommend sealing the leather. The sealant protects against further wear and is comparable to a clear coat as a protective layer.

Our Leather Color refreshes the original color. It is opaque and wear-resistant.

For recoloring, we recommend using a spray gun.

Always check all products first for changes or color accuracy in a hidden spot!

Application:

1.    Leather Degreaser

Moisten a clean cloth slightly with the leather degreaser and go over the greasy areas. Especially with open leathers (suede, aniline leather, etc.), one should only briefly pass the cloth over the leather to avoid edges and stains. Not all greasy spots can be completely removed. After cleaning with the leather degreaser, the leather must be re-protected with the leather sealant.

2.  BMW Leather Color

Apply the BMW leather color evenly with a sponge or spray gun from seam to seam on the affected areas and dry with a hairdryer. For small areas, applying to the affected spot is sufficient. Only treat areas with color changes.If high coverage is required, apply the leather dye in several thin layers and dry with a hairdryer in between.

3.    Leather Sealer

Apply the leather sealer thinly with a soft cloth and let it dry without buffing. One application is sufficient. Repeat every 3 months on heavily used areas.
