Porsche leather paint / leather care set especially for Porsche leather & artificial leather.

Porsche Leather Paint is the optimal solution for concealing abrasions, fading, and minor scratches on leather or synthetic leather. This type of leather repair restores the leather's original Porsche leather color. All our products are developed and manufactured in Germany. For over 20 years, the high and consistent quality of our products has been the goal of our work. Quality is trust, and trust is our trademark. We earn this trust from our customers every day.

Contents:

  • 30ml Porsche leather paint
  • 10ml liquid leather colorless / neutral
  • 1 sanding pad
  • 1 plastic spatula
  • 1 sponge

Before refreshing the color, the leather should always be cleaned with our Leather Cleaner and degreased with Leather Degreaser. For scratches, abrasions, and minor fading, the original Porsche leather color can be refreshed with our Leather Dye. Deep scratches, cracks, etc. can be filled with our Liquid Leather. After dyeing the leather with Leather Dye, we recommend sealing and conditioning the leather. The sealing protects against further wear and abrasion, and the conditioning treatment stops the leather from deteriorating and protects against fading.

Our leather dye restores the original color. It's opaque and abrasion-resistant.

For color changes we recommend using a spray gun.

Always test all products first in an inconspicuous area for changes or color accuracy!

Application:

  1. Leather sanding pad

Smooth rough spots, hard and protruding edges, and dry cracks with the sanding pad. Remove sanding dust.

  1. Liquid leather

Open the tube and fill the damaged areas with the liquid leather. Spread the liquid leather evenly with a spatula. Then let it dry for 1-2 hours, depending on the fill level. Repeat this process until the repair area is as smooth and filled as possible.

With larger damage, it's sometimes impossible to achieve a nice, even, and smooth surface using filler alone. Such damaged areas then require further refinishing. Liquid leather, however, cannot be dry-sanded. This would damage the repaired area.

If the repair needs to be smoothed, this can be done with solvent, acetone, or nail polish remover. The solvent dissolves the top layer of the repair compound, making the surface easier to rework. You can use a latex glove, lightly moisten your index finger, and use it to gently smooth the repair. Alternatively, you can also rework the repair with a sanding pad. Both methods are used to smooth a repair. Always work carefully and use a small amount of solvent. If you work too wet, the repair will blur. This way, you can remodel a repair until you are satisfied with the result.

Liquid leather repairs must be color-matched with leather dye to compensate for any color and shine differences. To ensure adequate coverage, the liquid leather dye should be applied several times, drying with a hairdryer in between. Then seal and care for the leather one day later

  1. Porsche leather paint

Apply Porsche Leather Paint evenly to the affected areas from seam to seam using a sponge or spray gun and dry with a hairdryer. For small areas, applying it to the affected area is sufficient. Only treat areas with color changes. If high coverage is required, apply the paint in several coats, drying with a hairdryer in between coats.
