🛠️ Application: Leather care & Color refresh in 6 steps

This is how to achieve professional Leather repair, color restoration and care Ideal for car seats, furniture, jackets, shoes, or boat cushions. Please follow each step carefully to achieve optimal results.

1️⃣ Leather Cleaner – Create a clean base

  • Give the Leather cleaner Apply to a slightly moistened sponge and squeeze out to create cleaning foam.
  • Work the foam evenly from seam to seam across the leather surface – do not apply it directly to the leather.
  • Repeat the process if heavily soiled.
  • Then remove any dirt and cleaning residue with a damp cloth and allow to dry completely.

2️⃣ Leather sanding pad – smooths out uneven surfaces

  • Carefully smooth rough spots, dry, broken edges, or protruding leather fibers with the Leather sanding pad smooth.
  • Remove the resulting sanding dust with a soft cloth or the Leather degreaser remove.

3️⃣ Leather degreaser – improve adhesion

  • A clean cloth lightly with Leather degreaser moisten.
  • Thoroughly degrease the cleaned and sanded surfaces.
  • This optimally prepares the leather surface for the subsequent dyeing process.

4️⃣ Applying leather dye – color refreshment & repair

  • Wear the Leather color Apply thinly and evenly from seam to seam using a sponge or a paint gun.
  • Minor scratches or wear and tear can be treated locally.
  • Dry with a hairdryer in between.
  • Apply several thin coats for intense color refreshment or strong coverage.
  • Only treat areas where color changes are visible.

5️⃣ Leather sealant – protection against abrasion

  • After the paint has dried, Leather sealing Apply thinly with a soft cloth.
  • Leave to dry without polishing.
  • For heavily used areas (e.g., seat surface, steering wheel), reseal every 3 months.

6️⃣ Leather Protector – Long-term care & Smoothness with UV protection

  • The Leather Protector Apply no sooner than 24 hours after color refreshing – the leather must be completely dry.
  • Apply a thin layer with a soft cloth and allow it to absorb without buffing.
  • Protects against UV radiation, drying out and re-soiling.
  • Reapply every 3 months if subjected to heavy use (e.g., heat exposure, direct sunlight).
